It is not uncommon for a good bike to make the small but important difference. That is why we have given the new Cross Race C:62 SLX the legendary Shimano 105 Di2 2x12-speed gears. Their specialty: flawless gear changes with a click on the handlebar, a high gear range with low gradation and the reliability that Shimano is known and loved for. This means that you are almost guaranteed to be in the lead in the race. Matching hydraulic disc brakes slow the bike down in a controlled and safe manner, even in deep mud. Speaking of mud: A Newmen The Evolution SL R.32 wheelset and Schwalbe X-One Allround tires offer you exactly the grip and power you need for demanding (race) tracks. Ready, set, go!
We have to admit, we are completely thrilled with the Cross Race C:62 frame. Why? Because it comes with many of the innovations and features of our top cyclocross models. With a semi-integrated seat clamp, for example, or with cables that are neatly routed into the interior of the frame at the top of the head tube for smooth performance, low maintenance and a clean look. In addition, this high-performance chassis was manufactured using the Advanced Twin Mold process from our C:62® carbon material, setting new standards in terms of cyclocross performance and racing grit.
