We invest a lot of time in precisely adjusting the gears, checking the brakes for functionality and installing the latest software on your e-bike. Watch how David from the CUBE Brilon team gets your bike ready to go!
FINISHING
After you've unpacked the bike, there are just a few small steps you need to take before you can get going. All you need is a knife, a 4/5 Allen key and a 15mm open-end wrench. To make the final steps to getting your bike ready to ride as easy as possible, we've put them together in a video for you. Our special bike box does an excellent job and we are particularly proud of it. That's why we want to pay special attention to it here. Unlike the conventional overseas boxes in which bikes are often shipped and which have no space for assembled bikes with wheels, mudguards and luggage rack, our third generation CUBE Brilon box ensures that this doesn't happen! With dimensions of 190x130x25 cm, it offers plenty of space so that your bike arrives completely pre-assembled and is ready to go in no time. Isn't that great? You can find simple final assembly instructions in our video.
Our box protects your bike so well on the long journey that we have achieved an annual damage rate of less than 1%. You can add the scratches yourself later while riding! But how does a box guarantee such safe shipping? The large surfaces of the box are reinforced so that they can easily withstand pressure and sharp edges. Safety first! This premium box is produced by Tillmann Wellpappe from Sauerland, who have been true masters in their field for 10 years and are continuously developing our shipping boxes with us. Please keep the box safe in case you ever have to send your bike back! Since this is a high-quality item and essential for safe transport, sending a new box costs €20.
