With premium shipping, your high-quality bike will be carefully packaged and shipped almost completely pre-assembled in a special bike box to protect it as best as possible from the rigors of transport.

Our team ensures that sensitive components such as brakes and suspension are perfectly adjusted to your bike during assembly.

We will pre-assemble your bike and register it with our shipping partner Hellmann Logistics. After collection, you will receive a shipping confirmation from Hellmann by email.

In this confirmation you will find the exact delivery date, which is usually the next day - perfect for planning your first tour in time!

We ship smaller items with DHL or DPD. As soon as the goods have been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. This means you can easily track where your delivery is at any time.

We also make the dream of a new bike as uncomplicated and pleasant as possible for our customers in Switzerland and other non-EU countries. Before shipping, your bike will be registered with customs while we prepare your bike for shipping. As soon as we have received the customs documents, we hand the bike over directly to the shipping company, who will contact you by email to coordinate the delivery.

We will refund the VAT to you no later than 30 days after the end of the cancellation period, as soon as we have received the documents stamped by customs. Please send us the complete documents to shop@cube-store-brilon.de

For orders within the European Union we offer fast and efficient standard express shipping. Please note that the delivery time for countries outside Austria and the Benelux region can also be up to two to four weeks
