Do you want to return small items?

If you want to return small items within Germany , you can easily create the return label yourself for goods worth €50.00 or more .

1. Check the value of the goods

If the value of the goods is €50 or more, you can create a free return label.

2. Create the return slip.

To do so, simply click on the button below.

3. Handover to the DHL service

Once the label is attached to the package, you can drop off your return at a DHL shop of your choice.

4. Get a refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a refund within 14 days.

Do you want to return a bicycle/e-bike?

Our return policy covers a period of 30 days and only applies to unused bikes . Test rides are permitted as long as you travel less than 2 kilometers in total.

2. Order registration

Send us your return or repair order by email to: shop@cube-store-brilon.de

3. Make an appointment / pack your bike

After registration, we will coordinate a pick-up date with you and the shipping company. In the meantime, pack the bike safely in the original box.

4. Handover to the forwarding agent

Once you have packed the bike safely and in its original box, all you have to do is wait for the shipping company to drop it off.

Please note that we will only accept returns of goods valued at less than €50 if you cover the return shipping costs yourself.

Further information & procedure

Lead time: The carrier needs a lead time of 2 days for the pick-up service. Example: If you want to arrange a pick-up date for Wednesday, you must request the service by Monday at the latest.

Pick-up times: It is not possible to pick up your goods after 2 p.m. Plan a time window of 3 hours for the pick-up service to come to you. You should be at home during this time and be reachable by phone.

Pick-up location: Your cargo can be picked up at your desired address.

Packaging: It is ideal to keep the shipping box until the end of the return period to ensure easy returns and avoid having to request a new box for €20. Make sure to pack the goods well so that they are not damaged during return transport. Damage caused by improper packaging may be charged.

Costs: For return shipping with pick-up service you will be charged a one-time fee of €69.90.

Processing time: Processing a return can take up to 14 days.
