The Acid 240 Disc is a mountain bike that every child would love to have - light, stable and fully equipped with everything you need for action-packed off-road tours with friends or family. A Suntour suspension fork confidently and comfortably absorbs all the bumps and holes in rough terrain, powerful hydraulic disc brakes with brake levers adapted to children's hands grip boldly so that the kids can stop their bike in a controlled manner. No fear of steeper climbs: With the wide-range Shimano 1x7 gears, the gears can be changed quickly, easily and smoothly. So, let's go, the next off-road adventure is already waiting!
The frame of the Acid 240 Disc is made from the same heat-treated 6061 aluminum tube sets as our adult mountain bikes and is therefore just as robust and stable. However, we have tailored its proportions and weight to the needs of children. Special bases allow the installation of easy-to-use disc brakes for powerful, safe braking power. In addition, mudguards can be attached - and a bottle holder so that the kids always have enough fluids on the go. Thanks to the good handling, designed for great riding fun, the youngsters gain a lot of self-confidence. And because accidents cannot always be avoided, we have opted for an easily replaceable derailleur hanger, which saves time-consuming repairs after a fall or impact.
