Every inch of the Acid 200 for kids is the same as the adult model. With this in mind, we have installed a 7-speed gear system and powerful, easy-to-use V-brakes. The result is a bike that young riders can use to gain a lot of self-confidence and improve their skills efficiently - maximum riding fun included! The brake levers have been specially designed for small hands, and the front brake also has a power modulator that regulates overly hard and abrupt braking. And thanks to the large 34T rescue pinion on the rear wheel, the kids can now move forward even more easily and enjoy their two-wheeled adventures even more.
The heat-treated 6061 aluminum frame of the Acid 200 is just as high-quality and durable as that of our mountain bikes for adults - thanks to the specially shaped down tube, which is tailored precisely to the stature of young riders, it is extremely light and stable. The V-brakes on the front and rear wheels also work like those on mom or dad's bike. And because accidents are almost unavoidable on the way to becoming a bike pro, the derailleur hanger is easy to change - so you don't have to replace the entire frame after a fall.
